1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused

• Item must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase required

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used bedding

• Items damaged by customer

• Clearance / final sale items

• Gift cards

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned product.

5. Exchanges

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
